Join us for Alchemy of Alignment, designed to support your emotional and mental recalibration through restorative practices and sound therapy. This Full Moon in Scorpio, Flower Moon, is a powerful time for culmination, reflection, and heightened spiritual awareness. The experience begins with a guided Yoga Nidra session for deep relaxation and expanding awareness into the unconscious and subconscious mind. This practice helps release stress, activate the body’s natural healing mechanisms, and create space for reflection. Following this, participants will experience the therapeutic benefits of Gong Medicine Sound Healing, which promotes energetic clearing, nervous system regulation, and emotional restoration.
