Albany Buddhist Sangha Weekly Service
Albany Buddhist Sangha is excited to welcome any interested community members to our weekly service!
All are welcome! Whether you are a practicing Buddhist or just curious about Buddhist thought and values, we would love to meet you. The service includes a short meditation, chanting together, and a group reading and discussion of a Buddhist article or text. No prior readings, trainings, or practice needed.
The first Tuesday each month, the service will include Dharma School for children, followed by a Sangha potluck to joyfully gather together as a community.
The third Tuesday each month, we hold a meditation service, including sitting, walking, and guided meditation.
