This presentation introduces the Sustainability Project Index (SPI), a custom framework developed to help teams establish and integrate sustainability goals early in the design process in alignment with the LEEDv5 Integrative Process credit. The tool supports the development of an Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) document while helping teams navigate the rating system’s core impact areas: decarbonization, quality of life, and ecological conservation and restoration.
