Learn how to use Google Gemini for Education

This 30-minute session is reserved for ASU faculty, staff, and Teaching Assistants.

This workshop will be held online and will not be recorded. The use of automated bots, AI assistants, or other meeting recording devices is prohibited without the prior approval of event coordinators.

AI Tools for Teaching & Learning: NotebookLM

This 30-minute session is reserved for ASU faculty, staff and TAs.

Description: Learn how to use Google Gemini for Education, Google’s AI-powered research assistant, to organize course materials, generate insights, and support student learning. This hands-on workshop,open to the ASU community, will explore practical teaching applications and AI integration strategies.

Target Audience: Instructors, instructional designers, and teaching assistants who are interested in explore technologies supported at Enterprise Technology and strategies for creating engaging experiences for their students.

Important Details:

  • Participants will attend remotely via Zoom (a link to Zoom room will be emailed the morning of the training).
  • An ASU Zoom account will be required to join this session.
  • Please register using your ASU email.
  • Time is based on Arizona time.
  • Registration closes 15 min before the event start time.
