AI Roundtable

AI Roundtable

CIC Cambridge @ 1 BroadwayCambridge, MA
Tuesday, April 14  •  6 PM - 8:30 PM
Overview

Join us for an AI roundtable exploring how these tools are being used in production and shaping the future of commercial work.

AI Roundtable

AI is definitively moving into commercial and advertising workflows, but its role in production is still being defined. How and where it’s applied remains uneven, continues to evolve, and the rules of the road are often unclear.

We’re gathering a roundtable of voices from a brand, agency, VFX house, and production company to help cut through the noise and focus on what’s actually taking hold.

The conversation will focus on how these tools are being applied in production today — what’s working, what’s not, and where they’re still being figured out across concepting and pre-visualization through shoot support, post-production, and VFX. Panelists will draw from their current work and experience, speaking candidly about the challenges and opportunities, from creative control and client expectations to timelines and protocols.

We’ll also look at what it takes to adopt AI thoughtfully, and where the line is between meaningful integration and hype. Skeptics welcome! This is an open, practical conversation about what’s real, what’s useful, and what’s next.
