           随着数字信息技术飞速发展带来的巨大应用价值，做为当今热门话题和投资热点，“人工智能”被广泛认为会引领下一次工业革命，从根本上改变社会生产形态与人们生活方式。 从20世纪50年代发展至今，人工智能在很多领域取得了突飞猛进的成绩。从起初的理论计算问题求解，自然语言处理，机器学习，模式识别，到后来的优化处理，工业应用，管理，教学，医学，故障诊断等实践应用，人工智能已经不再是科幻小说中的内容，而是在如今我们生活中开始崭露头角的重要工具。语音搜索、可穿戴设备、无人驾驶技术等都采取了人工智能的基本形式，神经网络最终能够缩小机器和人类之间的差距。未来，人工智能一定能够为人类社会提供更多创新服务。 本报告将结合IBM公司愈百年来引领数字信息技术创新服务的历程，结合IBM WATSON智慧系统的研发与应用案例，漫谈人工智能的概念起源沿革、主要应用领域、及未来发展趋势。
