Most small businesses do not have a knowledge problem.

The information already exists across documents, emails, notes, AI conversations, processes, and the experience inside the owner’s head. But when that information is needed, someone has to remember where it is, search through folders, or explain the business to AI all over again.

This four-hour, hands-on workshop will help you change that.

Using Obsidian and Claude Desktop, you will build a practical AI knowledge system around your own business information.

You will work directly on your laptop and leave with the system installed, connected, and working.

Not just notes.

Not another AI presentation.

Not homework you have to figure out later.

A working system you can begin using the next day.

What You Will Build

During the workshop, you will:

• Install Obsidian and create a knowledge vault for your business
• Organize your information so both you and AI can find and understand it
• Install Claude Desktop and connect it directly to your vault
• Create a practical structure for projects, processes, prompts, offers, SOPs, and operating knowledge
• See the moment Claude reads your vault and begins responding with the context of your business
• Leave with the complete system installed and working on your own laptop

Instead of searching through folders or repeatedly explaining your business to AI, you will have one organized knowledge system you can use to find information, document processes, improve workflows, develop content, and make better decisions.

Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is designed for non-technical small business owners, consultants, creators, operators, and professionals who:

• Have business information scattered across documents, emails, notes, folders, and AI conversations
• Are tired of repeatedly explaining their business every time they use AI
• Need a better way to organize projects, processes, knowledge, and prompts
• Want their business information available when and where they need it

No coding experience is required.

You do not need to be technical. We will build the system together, one step at a time.

What to Bring

Please bring:

• A Windows or Mac laptop
• Your laptop charger
• An active Claude account. The free tier is fine. Create your account at claude.ai before arriving
• Several business documents, notes, procedures, prompts, or other materials you would like to organize

You do not need to install any software before the workshop.

We will install Obsidian and Claude Desktop together during class so everyone begins with the same foundation.

Doors open at 8:30 AM.

The workshop runs from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Level 3 Coworking & Event Center, located at 202 E Central Ave in Belton, Texas.

Coffee and tea will be provided by Arusha Coffee Co.

Limited to 12 Attendees

This workshop is limited to 12 people so every attendee can receive practical, hands-on support while building their system.
