MICHAEL A, FOUNDER & CEO, RITA GROUP
Michael is a Design Leader, Tech Strategist, Founder, and Educator with over 10 years of experience working in tech. He's the Founder and CEO of Rita Group, an ed-tech company supporting tech career seekers through various initiatives including Rita Lab, Rita ABC, and Rita XYZ.
Throughout his career, Michael has built and led various design and tech teams with his latest role being Director of Product Design at Heady, a consultancy building digital products.
He has worked with many teams, small and large, including the City of New York, NPR, Meta, and more. He is also a tech, AI, and design educator at CUNY with over 5 years of teaching experience.
