How do I register for the conference and select my sessions?

Purchase your ticket on Eventbrite now—tickets sell fast! A separate link for workshop/panel selection will be emailed later. You will not be allowed to register for competing/overlapping time slots.

How to register for workshops, panels, etc.?

Accepted Answer

Once ticket is purchased, registration for sessions at www.aiicon.sched.com. Crucial: The system blocks registration if sessions overlap (even partially, e.g., 10:00–11:30 and 11:00–12:30). Choose carefully!  And every session requires a registration including ICON exclusive events.

What is the difference between General Admission and ICON Tickets?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Visit www.aiicon.sched.com to see the schedule. GA gives you access to opening/closing ceremony and all GA workshops.  ICON gives you access to everything GA has plus exclusive workshops/panel discussions and networking luncheons.  All sessions, no matter GA or ICON require registration.

Will Wi-Fi be available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi will be available throughout the Killeen Civic and Conference Center for all attendees. This allows you to follow along with the hands-on workshops and stay connected.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable to another person. If you need to transfer your ticket, please contact us at [info@aiicon.com] at least 48 hours before the event starts.  Transfers exclude complimentary tickets.

Where is the Killeen Civic and Conference Center, and is parking available?

The center is located at 3601 S W S Young Dr, Killeen, TX. Ample free parking is available on-site for all attendees throughout the duration of the conference.

Question 9

What should I bring for the hands-on workshops?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a laptop for all hands-on workshops. Crucially: Charge your laptop fully! While some outlets are available, we strongly encourage a full charge as cords can pose a tripping hazard in the workshop areas. Bring notepads/pens if preferred.

Do you offer discounted rates for local hotels?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We have negotiated special rates with three partner hotels near the Killeen Civic and Conference Center.  Hampton Inn Harker Heights with Group Code Aii when booking from Feb 8-11th, Marriott Killeen and Shilo Inn Killeen.
