For students in grades 6 -9Learn AI fundamentals and wide-ranging uses through game creation. Explore search algorithms by developing a maze solver. Code the minimax algorithm by creating an AI system to play Tic-Tac-Toe. Understand the concepts of machine learning and neural networks.Requirements: Windows or Mac laptop; Download PyCharm from Jetbrains.com in advance of workshopThis is a cumulative program and participants are requested to attend all four days.The instructor, Suhani Aggarwal, is a Senior at Staples High School who has long been involved in STEM, especially coding. She recently completed a course in Artificial Intelligence from the Harvard Division for Continuing Education and is excited about sharing what she learned through this fun game creation program.
