Cluj Innovation Days || Skills in the AI Era is a two-day event on 28–29 May that explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping society, work, and required skills across Europe. The program includes an AI Discovery Workshop led by Radu Orghidan, as well as keynote speeches and discussions on AI’s societal impact, Europe’s digital infrastructure, and the future of jobs and talent. The event focuses on supporting social SMEs in their digital transformation. Through practical insights, expert dialogue, and networking, participants will learn how AI and data-driven tools can strengthen their organizations, improve services, and foster innovative business models. By connecting social economy organizations, digital SMEs, and enabling institutions, the event promotes knowledge exchange, collaboration, and the development of essential digital and AI skills to help social enterprises adapt and succeed in the AI era.
Funding Available: Thanks to the DIGISET project, co-funded by the EU's Single Market Program, social SMEs (including non-profits, cooperatives, and impact startups) can receive €948 in lump-sum funding to cover transportation and subsistence costs.
