Aging Mastery is an evidence based program for healthy aging.

<p>Aging Mastery supports modest lifestyle changes to empower and support health and longevity.  Classes consist of group discussion, expert speakers, peer support and small rewards to give participants the skills and tools to achieve measurable improvements.  There are 10 weekly sessions in this program.  ****NOTE: Due to recent changes with COVID, this class will now be offered on-line (rev. 1/5/22).</p><p>The program encourages mastery of sustainable behaviors that will lead to improved health, stronger financial security, and overall well-being.   Topics include:</p><ul><li>Social connectedness</li><li>Physical activity, sleep &amp; falls prevention</li><li>Healthy eating habits &amp; hydration</li><li>Advanced planning</li><li>Medication management</li><li>Financial literacy </li><li>Healthy relationships</li></ul>
