Aging Mastery Program® (AMP) Information Sessions

On Lok is a nonprofit organization that empowers older adults to age with dignity and independence. With 50 years of experience, On Lok is a trusted resource in San Francisco, Santa Clara County and the Tri-City area of Alameda County. On Lok founded and still operates the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which allows eligible seniors to live at home for as long as possible by providing comprehensive medical care and social services. On Lok 30th Street Senior Center, the largest multipurpose senior center in San Francisco, provides a second home, health programs, activities and case management services to active seniors. The On Lok Mission Nutrition Program provides more than 250,000 meals annually to seniors though its dining locations and meal delivery program. On Lok Information Sessions: Aging Mastery Program (AMP)

The Aging Mastery Program® (AMP), created by the National Council on Aging and presented by On Lok, is a 10-week virtual course to help you master the art of aging well.Join other adults 55+ and learn real skills for making the most of your longevity, taught by experts in the following topics:<ul><li>Navigating Longer Lives</li><li>Exercise and You</li><li>Falls Prevention</li><li>Healthy Eating and Hydration</li><li>Sleep and the Brain</li><li>Medication Management</li><li>Healthy Relationships</li><li>Financial Planning</li><li>Advance Planning</li><li>Community Engagement</li></ul>This program is delivered via Zoom to Bay Area residents.Before registering for AMP, please attend a pre-required virtual information session to learn more about the course. To learn more about AMP, please register for one of our upcoming virtual information sessions that take place on Wednesdays from 3-4 p.m.Click "Select a Date".
