Learn by doing in this live online + self-paced workshop with Chris Sims. Chris is the author of two bestselling scrum books: The Elements of Scrum and Scrum: A breathtakingly brief and agile introduction. You will also have the support of teaching assistant Season Hughes.
This workshop includes a 4-hour live online session on:
June 6, 2024 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM US Pacific Time
In the live session, you will meet your instructors and classmates. You’ll learn how to create multi-sprint release plans for a scrum team. You’ll also get to practice communication skills and facilitation techniques that will improve your interactions with your stakeholders and team.
Besides the scheduled live session, the pace of the course is entirely up to you. Start as soon as you register, or wait until after the live session; it’s up to you! Take as much or little time as you need to complete the in-depth coursework in the Agile Learning Labs online learning system. You’ll receive ongoing feedback from your Chris and Season as you progress through the material.

Before enrolling in our Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) workshop you should already have completed a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) workshop. If you don’t hold the CSPO designation, take one of our CSPO workshops.
To earn your ACSPO you must: Complete our ACSPO workshop Document at least 1 year of work experience specific to the role of Product Owner (within the past five years). These two requirements can be satisfied in either order.
The workshop includes a four-hour live online experiential workshop session, the certification fee & all of your Scrum Alliance certifications will be renewed for the coming 2 years. You'll also get a copy of The Elements Of Scrum book & on-going feedback & mentoring throughout the self paced work.
