At Agile Learning Centers, or ALCs, facilitators encourage young people's collaboration, self-determination, curiosity, and joy, drawing on agile practices and decentralized organizing principles more commonly used in settings that center adults.
Curious about how this looks day-to-day and what might be transferrable to your own projects? Join this learning lab for an online introduction followed by two days of exercises and experimentation at Heartwood ALC in Clarkston, GA.
When? Intro Zoom Call: Thursday, June 22 @ 7:00 pm // In-Person Programming: Friday and Saturday, June 23rd and 24th @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

How much? Suggested donation of $65
Accessibility Notes: Light morning and midday snacks will be provided; bring your own lunch. Waterbottles, sunscreen, and comfortable outdoor clothes recommended. Masks required indoors. Indoor space has an access ramp and gender inclusive bathrooms, one of which has support bars, but is not easy to navigate with a wheelchair. No separate childcare area is currently planned, but kids are very welcome in and around the space. There is a community cat who may or may not feel social enough to join us.
