As we age, we all experience bone loss but, developing osteoporosis is not inevitable. There are many lifestyle factors that affect bone health. This class will discuss strategies to encourage bone building habits. The class will also discuss dietary factors and lifestyle factors that can contribute to bone health. Remember, you are never too old or too young to improve your bone health.
