About Alison:
Alison Midollo is a certified yoga teacher and holistic health coach who helps clients overcome that “I have no time for me” mentality so that they can prioritize themselves by building sustainable healthy habits and nourishing self-care routines. Alison’s unique approach to the mind + body philosophy led her to create her own movement method, AMyoga, launch her own health coaching practice, AMhealth, and her core group coaching programs, The Self-Care Squeeze and Squeeze Stress Away. Most recently, Alison announced her lifestyle mentorship program, The 6 Month Squeeze, and her self-care membership site, Guided by AM.
Alison has quickly grown to be recognized as a self-care + wellness expert who truly lives by the simple self-care and stress relief practices she shares. She has worked with brands including Free People Movement, ToeSox and Tavi Noir, franchise studios like Club Pilates and nonprofits like the Girl Scouts and The New York Junior League. “Make Lemonaid with AM”, Alison’s flow and fundraise initiative has generated $5,200 to TreeHouse, The Loveland Foundation, Hope Roots, No Kid Hungry, and The Trevor Project.
