    Approx. 3-4 NM paddle will take about 1.5-2 hoursPaddle Perry is offering a free after work paddle in celebration of the American Canoe Association’s summer solstice party! Let’s all get outside and paddle this summer solstice, June 21, for a chance to connect with your community and reflect on what draws us to the water.


    Drop off your equipment at the Cannelton boat ramp where a Paddle Perry volunteer will be on watch as early as 6 p.m. CST.
    Drive your vehicle to the Tell City ramp (park along 7th Street, Tell City in front of the Depot) to catch a shuttle back to Cannelton. This will allow your vehicle to be at the take out spot waiting for you after the paddle. Limited space available. First come, first serve.
    Shuttle leaves Tell City at 6:20 p.m. CST. Please be on time.
    You may meet us at the Cannelton Boat Ramp, located at the corner of First Street + Taylor Street in Cannelton, IN at 6:30 p.m. CST for launch, however you will be responsible for your own shuttle back to Cannelton after the paddle.

    • rain gear

    • extra clothes (always be prepared for immersion / rain)
