🎬 Lights, camera, action! Calling all young creatives aged 8-17 to the stage of imagination and storytelling at TAB Arts Center's After School Film Camp, starring on Fridays and Saturdays! This is your child's ticket to the thrilling world of filmmaking, where ideas ignite and dreams take flight.

Get ready for a preview of the diverse filmmaking skills we'll cover at our After School Film Camp:

  1. Scriptwriting Mastery: Weave compelling stories and craft dialogue that resonates.
  2. Directing Techniques: Lead a crew and cast to translate scripts into visual tales.

Guidance comes from professional filmmakers who are as passionate about teaching as they are about cinema. They'll share their expertise and mentor your child every step of the way, ensuring that each participant gains practical skills with industry-standard equipment.

WHEN: Every Friday from 4-6 pm and Saturday from 12-2 pm, from February 2nd to June 1st.

What are the age requirements for the Film Camp?

Our Film Camp is designed for young creatives aged 12-17.

How much does it cost to attend the Film Camp?

We offer two payment options. A Season Pass for a one-time payment of $200 covers the entire session from February 2nd to June 1st. Alternatively, our Monthly Pass is $50 per month.

How do we register for the After School/Weekend Film Camp?

If we choose the Monthly Pass, are we required to pay every month even if we miss some sessions?

es, the Monthly Pass is a commitment to pay each month regardless of attendance. This ensures your student's spot is secured throughout the camp’s duration.

No, there are no additional fees. The Season Pass and Monthly Pass cover all necessary materials and equipment use.

Does the Film Camp provide transportation from schools or rides home?

We do not offer pick-up services from schools or transportation home after camp sessions. Parents or guardians are responsible for arranging transportation to and from the camp.

Are there professional coaches at the camp?

Absolutely! Our campers receive guidance from experienced coaches, including an acting coach to help with performance skills and a film coach to teach the technical aspects of filmmaking.

What can we expect at the end of the Film Camp?

At the end of the Film Camp, we celebrate the students' hard work with a final performance showcasing their projects. This performance is an event not to be missed and is typically uploaded to our YouTube channel for extended family and friends to enjoy.

How can we view the performances if we are unable to attend?

All final performances are recorded and will be available on our YouTube channel. This allows family and friends to share in the students' achievements, no matter where they are.
