William Penn built a "green Country towne that would not burne." See how the firefighting innovations of Benjamin Franklin and the water system of Benjamin Rush helped prevent Penn's city from ever suffering a great fire, preserving the Old City we see around us today. And learn about the volunteer firefighting history of the Founding Fathers here in the Christ Church Burial Ground! Incorporating artifacts from Fireman's Hall Museum.

This tour runs 45-60 minutes.
