Is this a dating event?

This is a social wellness experience co-hosted by Peared. While many attendees are single, the focus is on connection and community — not forced interactions or speed dating. You are welcome to come with your partner and friends too. Wristband will be provided.

Do I have to do the cold plunge?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. You’re welcome to participate in the sauna only, or simply enjoy the social and wellness activations.

Question 3

What should I wear?

Workout clothes for the movement portion, and a swimsuit for sauna/cold plunge. Bring a towel, water bottle, sandals if you have them, and change of clothes for post sweat.

Can I come alone?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Many people attend solo. The flow of the event is designed to feel welcoming and natural whether you come alone or with friends.

Question 5

How does the sauna & cold plunge rotation work?

Accepted Answer

Participants will rotate through the sauna and cold plunge in small groups to ensure a comfortable, unrushed experience.

Question 6

What are the parking options?

Accepted Answer

There are nearby garages and parking lots that offer up to three hours of free parking, as well as limited street parking in the surrounding area.
