What should I expect in this class?

The first portion of the class will be an Afrobeats warmup! We will be implementing simple dance moves from Africa while warming up with stretches. The second portion of the class will be a bodyweight workout variation. We will then finish off with a cool down stretch!

Yes! There is parking on the street so please plan accordingly.

Do I need to have dance experience?

No dance experience is required! Join us for a good time and an even better workout!

Wear anything you feel comfortable and free in! We would love to see vibrant colors!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to start time so we can ensure a smooth check-in process and start on time!
