Have fun dancing while getting a great workout in disguise. Learn dance moves that you can use when you go out. Embrace different dances and rhythms from various parts of Africa and the Caribbean, along with HipHop and Twerk.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE AFROFETENESS EXPERIENCE?
You have the opportunity to learn techniques, get a breakdown of movements and dance combos, and put what you've learned to practice in the dance fitness party and choreo portion. This is your opportunity to ask questions and receive exclusive step by step guidance on the areas where you may struggle.
Examples include: whining, twerking, and pelvic movements.
DOES MY SKILL LEVEL MATTER?
This is a safe space and a judgement free zone where you can feel free to be your most authentic self. So that means ALL DANCE LEVELS are welcomed. 🤗 We strive for progress not perfection. As long as you come with an open heart and open mind, you will have an amazing time!
