Filming & Photography Notice

Photography and videography will take place throughout this event. By attending, you acknowledge that images and video footage may be captured and processed by Afro Rendezvous for legitimate promotional and marketing purposes, including use across our website, social media, and digital platforms.

Due to the nature of a late-night club environment, filming and photography may occur across the venue, with increased coverage near the DJ booth and performance areas such as the dancefloor.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the photographer AND content creator on the night, who will be identifiable by Event Staff lanyards. Reasonable steps will be taken to respect your request, however complete avoidance cannot be guaranteed in a live, crowded setting.

Please note that refunds are only available 7 days before the event and Eventbrite processing fees are unfortunately non-refundable (Eventbrite's policy).
