Islington's Business Design Centre plays host to Afro Hair & Beauty Live, the hottest event in London on 26th and 27th May 2024. Come along and join the ultimate hair and beauty experience where you can be pampered from head to toe.


This is the only place that you will find award-winning hairdressers under one roof giving one-to-one advice, specialist make-up artists on-hand to work their magic transformations. See stunning hair and fashion shows, get a nail makeover, henna tattoos and much more.

Frequently asked questions

What time does the show open?

The show opens at 10.30 am and closes at 6.00 pm on both days.

Do children have to pa to pay to get in?

Children up to the age of 6 are allowed in free with a paying adult. We would advise against bringing in very young children to the show as the stage shows can be loud.

Is there access for wheelchairs?

Yes there are lifts available to gain access to all the floors.

Is there a restaurant in the venue?

There is one restaurant in the building that serves food up till 4.00pm. However there are plenty of restaurants close to the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is a small car park close to the venue but this tends to fill up very quickly. There is limited off street parking but would strongly advise you to use public transport. Angel Tube station is only a five minutes walk from the venue.

Can I buy products at the show?

Most of the exhibitors sell their products at discounted price so it is a good place to stock up on your favourite brands and save some money in the process.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets can be bought on the door. They cost £15 at the door or £12 if you are a student but will need your ID. We strongly advise that you buy your tickets online and benefit from the discounted price.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are refundable up till 26th April 2024. Tickets bought after that date are non-refundable.
