Whether you have taken an AfroCardio class, have been wanting to try this dynamic workout, looking for a new fitness class, or just want to get out and have a good time...THIS AFRO DANCE WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU. YES, YOU! AfroCardio promotes health and wellness through fitness and culture. What better way to do that than to bring you both; a one of a kind dance fitness workshop followed by a healthy eats catered luncheon. EVERYONE IS WELCOMED (Women, Men, and children w/ an adult). ALL AGES, LEVELS, AND BACKGROUNDS.  SO PUT ON YOUR DANCING SHOES AND COME READY TO WORKOUT, DANCE, EAT, AND HAVE A GOOD TIME CELEBRATING LIFE!WHAT IS INCLUDED???AfroCardio Dance Fitness Workshop. I'm breaking down all my signature AfroCardio dance moves in a step by step, simple to follow workshop format; with opportunities to practice getting the moves down. Learn dance moves that incorporate cardio training exercises with Afro Beats, Hip Hop, Dance Hall, and African Drum Beats. At the end of the workout/workshop you'll be able to show off your moves!! There will be dancing, dancing, and more dancing.Catered Healthy Eats Luncheon. Enjoy a tasty healthy meal and some healthy treats. After your workout, stay to chit chat and chew.
