African Yoga Community Class

Welcome to the African Yoga Community Class with Sacred Space Egyptian Yoga and Basu Nefertem! Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session that celebrates African culture and heritage. This in-person event will take place on Sunday May 19th at 10:00 AM at 4720 Dodson Rd. Come and connect with like-minded individuals as we flow through poses inspired by African traditions. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you'll find something to enjoy. Let's come together to move, breathe, and embrace the beauty of African yoga. See you there!
