A core mission of EBII Group is to promote and support excellence in Risk and Compliance Assessments. The annual African Investment Risk and Compliance Summit (AIRCS) brings this mission to life.

What is included in the cost of my registration?

Upon registering, in-person attendees will receive a name tag, program, and a goodie bag on the first day of the Summit. Virtual attendees will be granted access to our virtual summit platform.

As a virtual participant, do I need to download and install any app before getting access to summit

No, you don't. Details on how to access the virtual platform will be shared after registration.

Can I purchase a ticket on-site on the day of the summit?

A limited number of tickets will be available at the registration desk, but availability cannot be guaranteed on-site.

Does my ticket cover the cost of food?

In-person tickets include meals served at the Summit, comprising breakfast, morning snacks, lunch, and afternoon snacks.

Does my ticket cover accommodation costs?

Delegates are responsible for booking their own accommodation. A list of options will be provided at least 3 weeks before the event.

Do I need a visa to attend?

If you do not hold a valid USA passport, green card, or USA visa, you will need to apply for a visa. Ensure your passport has at least 6 months validity, and check with your local embassy for visa processing times before purchasing a ticket.

Will I get a visa support letter from EBII?

After purchasing your ticket, click on the tab indicating whether you'll need a visa and select the option for a visa support letter. Alternatively, you can email summit@ebiigroup.com for assistance.

Will transportation be arranged to the venue?

Transportation from the airport to your hotel or the conference venue is not provided. Ride-hailing apps such as Uber and Lyft are available, as well as trains to the venue.

Who can attend the pre-summit VIP dinner?

Speakers, sponsors, and specially invited guests can attend the pre-summit VIP dinner.

Will there be an opportunity to network during the summit?

There will be several networking opportunities, including during morning registration, coffee breaks, and a cocktail event at the conclusion of the Summit.

Will there be press?

A designated area will be available for the press on the day of the Summit, with opportunities to interview speakers and select delegates.
