Created by world-renowned artist Mattia Casalegno and produced by the dynamic team behind Manhattan’s hottest restaurants Dhamaka, Semma, and Rowdy Rooster, Aerobanquets RMX brings guests on a multisensory journey based on the Italian Futurist Cookbook: an immersive mind-altering art and dining experience that will reprogram all your perceptive expectations.

The Fine Print

If you purchase fewer than four tickets, you will likely be seated with and participate in this VR dining experience with strangers.

Timing is crucial for this experience, and all participants for any time slot must be present to begin at the same time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated. If you arrive late, you may be able to join a subsequent iteration of the experience that day, subject to the discretion of the host on duty, but there is no guarantee that such stand-bys can be accommodated.

This experience includes the ingestion of food. There are two menu options available: Standard Menu and Vegan Menu. No other dietary restrictions, aversions, or preferences can be accommodated. Menu selection must be made at the time of the purchase of the tickets and cannot be changed less than 48 hours before the date and time of your ticket.
