Aerial Yoga (Donation Based)

At Elevate Yoga, we offer a unique form of your traditional yoga practice off the ground, with the support of a soft, hammock style silk in our aerial classes. We have a strong commitment to our yogis and yoginis helping you explore, refine, and advance your traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground in an artful form.Whether you are seasoned in your practice, or just getting started, we are committed to educating students of all skill levels on the benefits of leading a yogic lifestyle. We will help you with proper alignment and create a sense of awareness, all while focusing on centering the mind and uplifting the spirit. Offering a variety of class options, we are dedicated to helping you learn the basic principles of Yoga and leading an overall healthy lifestyle!Visit our events page to see all upcoming classes! Elevate Yoga & Wellness

Join us on Monday & Tuesday evenings for aerial Yoga @ The MonOrchid, nested in the heart of Downtown Phoenix! Everyone in good health can benefit from our aerial Yoga classes and no previous aerial, acrobatic, or Yoga experience is necessary! 
Whether you are a beginner or an instructor, you are invited to become a member of our Elevate yogi(ni) family! The only thing you'll need to bring is yourself and your Yoga mat! 
- Practice real Yoga, elevated  - Learn from Yoga Alliance certified instructors - Enhance your traditional asana practice - Learn basic and advanced aeiral Yoga poses - Relieve stress and find your center - Be playful and challenge yourself! 
Cost: Donation based (donate the amount of your choice using cash, credit or debit the night of the event)
Parking: Free parking is available in the lot along the west side of the building (enter from 2nd Street) and along Portland Street; meters are also available (along 2nd Street).
Availability: Currently, we have 9 swings available. Each person that registers will have a swing reserved for them. Additional registrations will be wait listed in the event there is a cancelation. If you register and are unable to make it, be sure to cancel your registration so others are able to attend.
