About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

In the early 2010s, Aleksi Heinonen learned how to renovate all 1,500 hotel rooms on a cruise ship in two weeks. This started an adventure on how to use Takt to improve construction projects. Since 2016, Aleksi has been involved in more than 50 projects using takt in both the public and private sectors. His projects include apartments, corporate offices, hospitals, infrastructure, and marine.

In this webinar, Aleksi will share his lessons learned and how his thinking has evolved throughout the years.

Everyone needs to register in order to attend the webinar. We will send out the webinar recording to everyone that registered. You may purchase our past webinar recording from the online store.
