Advent Labyrinth

Wellspring Café is an hour-long interactive experience that features real people’s stories on film, guided conversation, and time to build relationships. Wellspring Café tackles the topics most people deal with – topics about the big (and little) stuff that shapes our lives. Family. Friends. Fears. Money. Materialism. Health – including mental health! Capital punishment. Purpose. Decluttering. Justice. The Welcome Table is a place to hear the Word of God, without a sermon. We use the ancient and reclaimed practice of lectio divina, hearing the scripture and asking deeper questions on each reading. All ages are welcome. Children are especially open to hearing God speaking to them, using the simple process. We come to the table of Jesus with music and prayer. The worship takes about an hour, then we offer a simple refreshment. You can stay to eat, take some with you, or just head out for the evening. The Welcome Table is the first and third Sundays of the month at 4 PM.

The Advent Labyrinth community experience includes individual hand-crafted candle holders and music.

The powerful experience of walking a labyrinth is a simple and accessible way to expand your spirit, especially during a busy and reflective season. Walking the labyrinth is a time to move meditatively and with intention. There are no tricks or traps. There is no wrong way. You cannot get lost. You move through the entrance, to the center, and return outwards. The Advent Labyrinth path is decorated with evergreens, holly, ivy, crystals, geodes, and candles. Here is an open invitation to experience your own journey. Each participant receives a handcrafted apple, used to light the path, as we make the way together. All ages are welcome – including accompanied children.
