In part two of her Social Storytelling series, savvy strategist Ericka Saurit dives deeper into the visual side of self-promotion, dissecting how your Instagram feed, stories and content work together to deliver a cohesive, scroll-stopping message about your unique design brand. Also addressing content funnels, audience touchpoints, and the difference between passive presence and strategic engagement that avoids empty gimmicks or “growth hacks,” this advanced session explores the mechanics of visual communication and explains ways to use Instagram as an intentional driver of interest, traffic and conversion.

Ericka Saurit has worked with interior design and marketing teams in the home industry for more than 20 years. As a global brand leader, she has overseen digital product development and brand strategy at Airbnb in San Francisco; created immersive physical and virtual brand experiences for Tag Heuer, Estee Lauder and Procter & Gamble; and worked with top home companies in the United States, Europe and Asia to develop impactful brand messaging and engagement campaigns. In 2020, she founded Saurit Creative to serve interior designers and home goods companies with storytelling and marketing strategies. A Southerner at heart and traveler by trade, she maintains residences in both High Point, North Carolina, and the South of France.
