Reflective Practice Supervision is a relationship-based approach to supervision which intentionally seeks to model the nurturing relational qualities necessary within the clinical hour. This training has been designed for supervisors currently using reflective practice supervision. How does a supervisor, take the ‘task’ of reflective work and move these ideas into a relational process? This training will involve both content and process elements. Attendees will build both knowledge and practice related to: managing the reflective hour, use of self, reflective questions, and integrating administrative tasks into the reflective hour.
