Description
The training reviews in depth the HomeChoice down payment assistance program plus gives a comprehensive overview of all downpayment programs offered at the Commission. Information on other statewide downpayment programs will also be provided.
1) We require those who are attending this training to first attend the in-person Commission Home Loan Program Training.
2) The primary audience of this training are Loan Originators and Processors.
3) You must have attended this training to originate the HomeChoice product.
This training is ONLINE, you will be sent instructions the day before training on how to attend.
