Advanced Crisis Negotiations

This 2.5 day, 20-hour course is designed to provide continuing education, skills improvement, and increasing proficiency for the experienced Crisis Negotiator by reviewing recent incidents and new approaches. Students are encouraged to bring case studies to share with the class.

Refund Policy: D-Prep, Inc. will refund 50% of the tuition fee (or charge a 50% cancellation fee) up to 10 days before the beginning of the course. There are no refunds or credits given for cancellations if made less than 10 days prior to the start date of the class or for classes not attended. A 50% or 100% cancellation charge, based on the above deadlines, will be due if the tuition has not yet been paid.
