Course Overview:

This unique training workshop is part of the ever evolution of Agile Coaching Program co-developed by 2 Enterprise Agile Coaches, Bill Li & Jacky Shen, since 2014. The course comes with the vision and mission of developing effective Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and Change Agents, to incorporate must-have soft-skills/leadership/influencing competences together with the sciences of Agile/Agility: the Arts and Sciences of Agile Coaching. It serves as the stepping stone to CSP-SM level certification and inspires participants to pursue Scrum Alliance CTC/CEC certifications eventually.

Trainer Background:

Bill Li, CST (Certified Scrum Trainer), consultant and Enterprise Agile Coach active around the globe, Managing Principal of UPerform Agile Academy. With over 25 years of cross-functional experiences in IT sector and other domains, Bill is among the pioneers who promoted Scrum and Agile since 2004, and is active contributor and speaker at agile community in China and across the world, including major Scrum and Agile conferences. Besides in-depth Scrum and Agile large scale real-world experiences, Bill has been well trained and is proficient in professional facilitation and coaching (ICF accredited Erickson Coaching International and Leadership Team Coaching, and Liberating Structures).

Bill enjoys developing people (particularly Agile and Scrum Coaches, and Agile Leaders) and organizations through high quality Scrum and Agile training and consulting/coaching services. Bill translated Agile Project Management with Scrum by Ken Schwaber into simplified Chinese and published it in 2007. He also co-translated Ken's next book on Scrum & Enterprise and Mike Cohn’s User Stories Applied, together with other 2 titles in Project Management area. Bill is MBA from Schulich School of Business, York University, and Bachelor of Engineering from South China University of Technology. He lives in Shanghai, China and Vancouver, BC, Canada.

About a week before coming to class you'll receive via email pre-requisite reading materials and preparation assignment. Additionally, as part of the two-day workshop each participant will receive the following:

• Many valuable reference materials including electronic copy of training materials, checklists, case studies, experience reports, and recommended reading and video watching list etc.

• 2-year additional membership with the Scrum Alliance, and with all other foundational certifications held by the participant be renewed for another 2 years

Mr. Ram Srinivasan, CST

Ram Srinivasan has a very unique distinction of being the first (and THE ONLY)) person in North America (and second person in the world) to hold the coveted Certified Scrum Trainer (from Scrum Alliance) and Professional Scrum Trainer (from scrum.org) certifications.
