Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, students will have an active A-CSPO certification as long as they:

• Hold an active Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification with the Scrum Alliance.
• Validate at least 12 months of work experience specific to the role of Product Owner within the past five years.

Students can still attend our A-CSPO course even without these requirements and later complete the CSPO and/or work experience to claim their certification.

About Your Trainer

Dr. Patrick (Mack) McConnell is the Lead Trainer of Agile Services at Sprightbulb Learning and a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) specializing in Agile transformation in the public sector and scaling agile frameworks. A criminologist by training, Patrick transitioned from developing geospatial applications in Agile teams to coaching and training Agile methods and frameworks. He has served as an Agile coach and trainer for over 50 U.S. Government organizations, as well as the states of Alabama, Maryland, and New York.

Cancellation Policy

Students submitting cancellation requests 10 business days or more prior to the start of the course are entitled to a full refund. Students submitting cancellation requests less than 10 business days prior to the start of the course will be offered a credit toward a future Sprightbulb Learning course of equivalent value, or a refund less a processing fee of $100. Should the organizer cancel the course for any reason, each registered student will be issued a full refund.
