The training provides the tools for a self-practice of Astral Travel. If done correctly, the technique can be very healing and freeing as we utilize what we learn in the Astral and apply it to our lives.

Astral travel is the art of expanding one’s consciousness to travel outside the realms of the physical reality. This course teaches you the tools and techniques to expand your consciousness to explore astral planes and other dimensions more safely and effectively. It also aids in improving meditation, conscious dreaming, and journeying.
