The Advance Directives at Work in Tennessee program (AD@WorkTN) is an initiative led by Honoring Choices® Tennessee (HCTN) and funded, as part of a collaboration with the Vanderbilt Center for Quality Aging, by the Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA). The program encourages Tennesseans within the workforce, particularly those ages 30 to 65, to create an advance directive (living will and healthcare power of attorney).
