Adult Mental Health First Aid Training. Trainer(s) from Trillium will be coming to hold training at RC3. This class is free and open to anyone. The class will be in person from 8:30am-1:30pm, but a 2 hour self-pace study (online) must be completed before the in person session. If you do not have a computer you can come to RC3 beforehand and use one of ours!

After completion, you will receive a certification from the National Council For Mental Wellbeing in Adult Mental Health First Aid USA.

**Per MHFA regulations we are required to have at least 6 participants in each class. Because we have to follow that standard, we are now enforcing that all registrants are required to inform us if they cannot attend at least 3 business days prior to training. Failure to follow this will result in the cancelation of future registrations for an MHFA training. **

The Adult Mental Health First Aid course teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.
