Adult Mental Health First Aid Training

At Universal Heart Space, we believe that empathetic communication creates more authentic and productive connections. We're here to remind you that caring for each other (and ourselves) can come easily when we practice stripping our judgement from the conversation. We provide trainings to teach you the language that reduces stigma and judgement, and allows you to genuinely connect with someone who may desperately need your help. These trainings can be provided as onboarding trainings, diversity and inclusion trainings, employee skills development, or simply with a group of like minded community members or friends who want to learn the skills.
