Adult Basic Ballet Class

Ballet is an excellent movement foundation for those who want to participate in any style of dance. At DanceArts Miami, we wanted to provide a chance for adults to learn ballet as beginners, or brush up on skills you developed years ago but put to the side. You’ll be glad you joined once you reap the benefits including greater strength, flexibility, and awareness of how to move your body beautifully and efficiently.

Sara comes to DanceArts Miami via Madrid. She trained from 2006- 2016 at the ESCUELA DE DANZA VICTOR ULLATE, MADRID and studied Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Pointe technique, Ballet variations, Pas de deux. She then Continued her training from 2016-2019 at the REAL CONSERVATORIO DE DANZA MARIEMMA where she furthered her knowledge in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Pointe technique, Ballet variations, Pas de deux, Music , Anatomy, Interpretation and Dance history. She is fully trained in Russian Master ballet (Vaganova) and also received a Scholarship for Les Ballets De Montecarlo, Princesse Grace and also a Scholarship for Balletto Ucrania TECHNIQUES Vaganova, French, Cuban and Balanchine technique.
