Adopt a Dog Event

Strowd Roses, Inc. is a private charitable foundation. We fund local nonprofits and projects that improve the quality of life for residents of Chapel Hill and Carrboro. We also provide for the on-going maintenance and care of the Gene Strowd Community Rose Garden, a free and public space in Chapel Hill. Donations from community members like you help to keep the rose garden beautiful and serve a broad spectrum of issues and populations such as animals, arts and culture, education and literacy, the environment, housing, health, immigrants, seniors, and youth. Celebrate the dog days of summer by finding your forever friend! 
Meet two dogs available for adoption through Strowd Roses, Inc. nonprofit grantee, <A HREF="http://www.paws4ever.org/adopt" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Paws4Ever</A>, in the <A HREF="http://www.strowdroses.org/projects/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Gene Strowd Community Rose Garden</A> on Saturday, August 6, 10 am to 12 pm. Take them and a friend for a walk on Bolin Creek Trail and stop by the garden for a dog treat and information about Paw4Ever's <A HREF="http://www.paws4ever.org/train" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">training</A> and <A HREF="http://www.paws4ever.org/legacy-care" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">legacy care</A> programs! 
Parking is available at the Chapel Hill Community Center, 120 S. Estes Dr, Chapel Hill, NC 27514 (across the street from the Chapel Hill Post Office). Overflow parking is available at the Plant Road entrance, 200 Plant Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514
We will gather underneath the gazebo inside the <A HREF="http://www.strowdroses.org/projects/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Gene Strowd Community Rose Garden</A>.
