During this interactive workshop you will:

  • Get a valuable orientation to ADHD in adults - what it is, common strengths, challenges and strategies for success
  • Share your experiences with others who understand what it’s like to live with ADHD
  • Identify areas where you want support, and learn about resources that can help.
