For Deepen Motion’s unique training that encompasses principles such as yoga, tai chi, chi gong, gentle rhythmic dance, balance and coordination to move your joints in gentle, adaptive, non-linear ways to promote better mobility, recovery and motivation for movement to improve your quality of life - be that getting off of the ground, playing with your children, or running your best 10km race!
For anyone, of any age, from any background, at any level.
In this fun and community-orientated session, we will:
- Understand where we can move better and how we can better recover from injury.
- Move our whole body to energise, invigorate and revitalise how we feel.
- By practising coordination we will connect the whole body at a deeper level. We will rotate, strengthen and improve how well we move.
- We will be playful with movement through games, providing our bodies with more diversity.
- We will learn to be adaptable, while maintaining rhythm, focusing on breathing and dealing with stress better.
- We will finish with refreshments and a light snack and provide some time to ask questions and connect.
