Join award winning artist and popular instructor, Eric Jacobsen for this 3-day workshop, which starts Friday, August 15th and runs through Sunday, August 17th from 9AM-4PM all three days. For students of all levels, beginner through advanced.

This workshop is for oil and acrylics. We will focus on the fundamentals of good painting as it relates to landscape painting. We will cover the following topics: Composition, Value, Design, Choosing a Motif, Identifying and mixing accurate Warm and Cool Colors, Establishing a Focal Point as well as Tips and Do’s and Don’ts for the Landscape Painter to consider.

Instructor bio: Eric Jacobsen was born and raised in New England. He received a BA in History from Gordon College in Wenham, MA in 1989 and studied fine art at the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts in Old Lyme, CT from 1991-1995.
