Meet your facilitators: Tavia Reyes is a versatile individual, blending her expertise as a RYT500-certified yoga teacher, certified acupuncturist and chiropractor to facilitate mindful movement and holistic healing. Tavia practices as a licensed chiropractor at Flourish Chiropractic & Kinesiology, specializing in applied kinesiology and acupuncture. Her background in exercise science and medical neuroscience enriches her approach, allowing her to integrate various movement modalities and healing techniques to support her clients' well-being. Vandana Dillon, E-RYT 200 and Reiki Master, has guided yoga and meditation in Tampa Bay for 16 years. Leading transformative workshops and retreats in Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and Women’s Empowerment, she is also the Founder of the St. Pete Yoga Fest and President of the Florida Yoga Teachers Association. Based at Awaken 2 Yoga in St. Petersburg, FL, Vandana empowers individuals to find balance and healing through her teachings.
