Join Vuori at our Westport store for an ACTV Club IRL on Sunday, May 19. Enjoy a basic class focusing on the fundamentals of Saraswati's signature style of yoga. Suitable for beginners or for those just interested in a slower paced foundational practice. The class will have an emphasis on clear healthy alignment in yoga poses as well as learning breath awareness and simple meditation techniques..
