Actor's Flight Spring 2024

Actor’s Flight is a series of workshops designed by Midsommer Flight in which actors can take up to 5 workshops that focus on a specific skill related (but not limited) to Shakespeare performance and study!

<p>Text work should be challenging and fun, but never scary! This workshop is for all levels of experience, offering tools and guidance either to begin your journey with Shakespeare or to help you brush up old skills that you haven’t flexed in a while. We will dive into text work using clues from the First Folio, breaking down the steps to approach a piece of Shakespearean text from the ground up. No preparation required; instructional materials will be provided and we will work with sample monologues together as a group.</p>
